Role Overview:
Serve as a Primary Care Nurse in a clinic setting, collaborating with providers and managing triage calls/messages to ensure efficient patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with healthcare providers to support clinical operations.
Manage patient triage calls/messages, providing timely and thorough assessments.
Participate in on-site training and transition to a hybrid work model post-training.
Attend monthly on-site clinic meetings as required.
Utilize electronic medical records system, preferably Epic EMR.
Qualifications & Skills:
Active LPN or RN license, with preferred 2-3 years of experience.
Proficiency in electronic health records and computer skills.
Strong time management, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
Excellent triage skills and ability to work effectively in a changing environment.
Additional Details:
