Role Overview: Provide compassionate, high-quality care to medically fragile pediatric patients in a family-like environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and offer emotional support to families. Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children while documenting care activities and reporting changes promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective treatments, medications, and therapies
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with care team to develop care plans
- Educate and support families and caregivers
- Maintain a positive environment for children
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active PA LPN License
- CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation)
- Clear criminal background check
- Preferred pediatric nursing experience (training provided if not)
