Role: Occupational Therapist (OT)


Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with debilitating conditions to improve daily living skills and motor functions.
  • Administer skilled care according to physicians’ orders and established care plans.
  • Develop treatment plans to enhance or compensate for loss of function.
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members on therapy techniques and progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate from an approved Occupational Therapy program.
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the current practice state.
  • Preferably with at least one year of experience; Medicare home health experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work under supervision and follow physicians’ treatment plans.

Key Duties: Provide professional, intermittent skilled care in home settings, focusing on improving patients’ functional independence and teaching family members as part of the care team. The role involves collaboration with supervisors and adherence to care protocols.
