We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a clinician-led, patient-centered team in providing adult primary care focused on value-based medicine.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, physician-led environment
Practicing with autonomy at the top of your license
Supporting a Medicare-aged patient population
Contributing to evidence-based practices and team-based care initiatives
Qualifications and skills required:
Certification from AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA
Current Florida licensure or ability to obtain it
Valid DEA license or eligibility to acquire one
At least one year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Comfortable managing adult, Medicare-related patients
Preferred skills include:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency
Understanding of managed care environments
