Requirements include:
- At least 2 years of pediatric ICU experience
- Ability to support safe patient care transitions, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient responses
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
Responsibilities involve:
- Providing 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly
- Ensuring quality patient care and safety throughout shifts
