We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our inpatient medical unit, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and delivering patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, within scope of practice.
- Providing direct patient care and delegating responsibilities appropriately.
- Leading team efforts to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and achieve desired outcomes.
- Serving as a leader and mentor within the care team.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing Program and current NY RN license.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; must complete BSN within 5 years if hired without one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in professional nursing practices and healthcare reporting measures.
- Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to patient care emergencies.
