RN Supervisor

Role Overview:
The Clinical Administration Supervisor in Cardiology and Internal Medicine oversees clinical activities, employee management, and patient care coordination within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in patient care, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with healthcare team members, assisting physicians and ensuring patient education.
  • Supervise and motivate clinical staff, manage schedules, and enforce policies and protocols.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, report concerns promptly, and maintain licensure and certifications.
  • Enhance patient and provider satisfaction by maintaining professional and courteous interactions.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
    – Graduate from an approved RN program with a valid NY RN license.
    – Current BLS certification; cardiovascular care experience required.
    – Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, ACLS, outpatient clinic experience, EMR skills, knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostics.

    Compensation & Benefits:
    Salary ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock options, and 401k contributions.
