Role Summary:
The Non-Invasive Cardiology RN supports diagnostic cardiac imaging and testing across multiple locations, including stress testing, nuclear medicine, and Cardiac PET.
They provide specialized nursing care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and assist with Cath Lab prep and recovery as needed.
The RN assesses patients’ physical, social, and psychological needs, develops individualized care plans, and delivers coordinated care, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.
They evaluate patient responses, revise care plans accordingly, and promote professionalism by adhering to legal and ethical standards.
Skills required include patient care delivery, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork.
Qualifications include current RN licensure, BLS certification, with preferred experience in cardiology and a BSN degree.
Physical demands involve manual dexterity, mobility, and effective communication in fast-paced environments.
