This role is for a PICU/Peds Nurse in a full-time night shift position, focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to children of all ages and acuity levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and evaluate care
- Upholding patient rights and confidentiality
- Supporting the growth and confidence of new graduate RNs through specialized, unit-specific training
Qualifications and skills required:
- Accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred)
- Eligibility for RN license in MO or a compact state within 90 days
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Preferred PICU/PEDS RN experience
- A passion for working with children
