Role: The Primary Care Patient Care RN collaborates with providers and the care team to deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care aligned with organizational standards and values.
Responsibilities: Partner with patients and clinical staff to drive quality outcomes, perform duties consistent with mission and standards, and support systematic healthcare delivery.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an RN or LPN license valid in the state or compact licensure, and meet all state nursing requirements.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, and squatting.
Certifications: BLS certification is required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be needed depending on the department or role. Certification must be obtained within specified timeframes if not already held.
