Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical and Surgical Stepdown Units.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and uphold organizational standards and values.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN), a valid RN license in Missouri or compact licensure, and BLS certification. Prior hospital experience and additional certifications are preferred.
Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk extensively, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, assess and evaluate patient needs, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
