Seeking a Clinical Nurse for the Operating Room with experience preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Promoting patient and family-centered care, education, and safety compliance.Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and barriers.Maintaining safety and quality standards, with a focus on regulatory compliance.Qualifications:
RN license required.High school diploma or associate degree in nursing; bachelor’s degree preferred.No prior experience necessary; less than two years preferred for higher education levels.Skills & Attributes:
