RN OR Resource Coordinator – Main Operating Room (ENT)

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) functions as an OR Resource Coordinator in the ENT Service Line, collaborating with department leaders to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient care and workflow within the specialty area, ensuring efficient room setup, supplies, and equipment.

Assist with department operations, including relief coverage for breaks and lunches.

Support orientation of new team members alongside the leader.

Perform staff duties as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure.

Minimum of 1 year OR RN experience.

CPR certification required.
