We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. The role involves evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, and performing duties aligned with mission and standards. Nurses will work 12-hour shifts, with options for full-time or part-time schedules, including rotational weekends.
Qualifications include:
- Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire)
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in a Med Tele unit managing complex diagnoses such as cardiac issues, sepsis, infectious diseases, and post-surgical care
- Assess patient needs, coordinate care, and evaluate outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
