We are seeking an Interventional Resource Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients, aligning with nursing standards, mission, and values.
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing theoretical concepts to guide clinical decisions
- Providing safe, effective patient care
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on unit needs
Physical requirements include:
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
