Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in a Level II Trauma, Stroke, and STEMI Emergency Department.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and uphold organizational standards. Participate in a comprehensive 16-week nurse residency program and collaborate closely with ED physicians in a 63-bed unit with a RN-patient ratio of 3-4.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current Missouri RN license, ability to lift 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire).
