Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational standards.
Responsibilities: Performs direct care, collaborates with healthcare team, and ensures quality care delivery. Maintains compliance with mission, values, and service standards.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN). Valid RN license in the relevant state or jurisdiction. BLS certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
Skills & Attributes: Clinical skills, teamwork, confidentiality, and adherence to standards. Experience in rehabilitation or neurological care preferred but not required.
