Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Stepdown
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members, coordinate patient care with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with mission, values, and service standards, maintaining professional accountability.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure. Preferred hospital experience; BLS certification required within 30 days. Additional certifications or specialties are a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk extensively, and perform physical duties as needed.
