Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care at a short-term inpatient psychiatric facility for adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain professional accountability and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld.
• Perform duties consistent with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state or valid compact license.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation period.
