- Managing complex therapies such as lumbar drain, ventricular drain, vasopressors, Bipap, insulin drips, and sedation
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in cross-training opportunities
- Mentoring team members and pursuing career advancement within ICU settings
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state or with a compact license
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
