Position Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality in accordance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities: Performs nursing duties, assists with medical treatments and procedures, reacts effectively in emergencies, and applies guidelines and policies. Communicates clearly and maintains effective relationships with patients, staff, and the public.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, current valid state license, and CPR certification (or within 90 days). Knowledge of nursing principles, medications, patient education, safety practices, and clinical tools. Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
