Role Overview: Provides patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns with organizational standards.
Responsibilities: Performs duties across various departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women’s Health. Flexibly schedules shifts, including days and nights, with no weekend or holiday requirements. Responsible for a minimum number of hours, available on short notice, and adaptable to last-minute cancellations.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have a current RN license, with at least one year of recent Med Surg experience or two years for specialty areas. Preferred BSN and Epic experience. Certifications include BLS; ACLS and PALS for critical care and ED. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, and other physical tasks.
