Role: The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care during hospital stays, assessing, managing, and coordinating treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities: Conducts age-appropriate assessments, establishes and evaluates care plans, delivers and documents nursing interventions, and monitors patient responses. Ensures effective communication, collaborates with healthcare team members, and provides patient and family education. Maintains safety, infection control, and professional accountability while demonstrating compassion, respect, and service excellence. Participates in performance improvement initiatives, adheres to policies, and supports a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a valid RN license in the relevant state, with certifications such as BLS. Demonstrates technical proficiency, adaptability, effective communication, teamwork, and a commitment to evidence-based practice and quality improvement.
Key Duties: Performing assessments, implementing care plans, administering medications, documenting patient care, recognizing clinical changes, supporting safety and infection control, and providing age-appropriate, patient-centered service.
