Travel Long Term Care RN
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility. Key responsibilities include assessing resident health, developing and updating personalized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring for changes, and responding to emergencies. The RN supervises LPNs and CNAs, educates residents and families, documents care, and collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care. Essential skills include critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, and proficiency in medical and PC skills. Requirements include a valid RN license, at least one year of LTC experience, and current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and other certifications are preferred.
