We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care RN for a travel assignment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing resident health, monitoring changes, and implementing care plans
- Administering medications, treatments, and skilled procedures
- Supervising nursing staff and supporting resident and family education
- Documenting care and responding to emergencies
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive, quality care
- Adhering to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- One year of recent LTC RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS/CPR certification
- Preferred: ACLS and additional certifications
Essential skills:
- Critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform patient care tasks
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic PC skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work independently
