Part-Time Registered Dosing Nurse

Role Overview: This position involves providing patient care under supervision in a clinic specializing in Opioid Use Disorder treatment. Responsibilities include administering medication, maintaining accurate inventory and records, collecting fees, disposing of medical waste, conducting lab tests, monitoring patient vital signs, and scheduling patient appointments. The role requires maintaining confidentiality of patient information, participating in audits, and interacting with patients and the public professionally.


  • Supply and administer medication per physician orders, recordkeeping
  • Conduct inventory, track medication supply accurately
  • Collect fees, reconcile cash daily
  • Ensure proper medical waste disposal
  • Observe patient demeanor prior to dosing
  • Verify dosages with other centers, perform lab tests
  • Assist in data collection for medical assessments
  • Maintain confidentiality of medical documentation
  • Participate in audit preparations and interface with patients and visitors

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Active RN license in Mississippi or multi-state
  • Understanding of addiction, medical terminology, nursing techniques
  • Minimum 1-year patient contact experience; clinical experience preferred
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, basic typing skills
