Role: Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients, including those with G-tubes and trachs in a home setting.
- Utilize electronic documentation tools and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Support patient comfort and safety through skilled clinical interventions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
- Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation and a minimum of six months hands-on nursing experience preferred.
