Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and professional accountability for assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate the quality of care delivered by direct caregivers and coordinate interdisciplinary patient care. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality in compliance with organizational standards. Perform duties consistent with the organization’s mission, values, and service standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in the state or valid compact licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) may be required based on department.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks including gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
