Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical Stepdown
Role: Provide patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinate patient management with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality in line with organizational standards.
Responsibilities: Deliver quality nursing care, evaluate caregiver performance, and ensure adherence to mission and values.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN), current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure, and BLS certification. Preferred experience in hospital or specialty settings, with additional certifications or licensure advantageous.
Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk extensively, and perform various physical movements necessary for nursing duties.
