Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, performing diagnostics such as EKGs and phlebotomy, applying orthopedic splints, managing behavioral health populations, and ensuring patient safety through careful observation and safe transport. You will coordinate clinical logistics, uphold safety and infection control standards, and respond to emergency alerts, directly impacting patient outcomes.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, current BLS certification, and preferably hospital experience with foundational medical knowledge. Must possess excellent communication skills, high autonomy, and the ability to interpret clinical policies and perform clinical math tasks.
