We are seeking an experienced RN – Telemetry with a minimum of 2 years of clinical expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses.
- Coordinating patient care activities with physicians and clinical team members.
- Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records.
Qualifications and skills:
- At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
