Requirements include:
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience
Key responsibilities:
- Provide patient care during 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly
- Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates
- Follow infection prevention protocols and safe medication practices
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately
- Coordinate with physicians and clinical team members for effective care delivery
