Role: Provides patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability.
Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, evaluates care effectiveness, and performs duties aligned with organizational values and standards.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, and certifications including BLS and ACLS (or within specified timeframe).
Physical & Skills Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical maneuvers like reaching, bending, and kneeling.
Preferred Experience: Critical care settings such as Cath lab, ICU, or ED; strong acute care background with willingness to train.
Additional Duties: Participate in on-call rotations, STEMI, and emergency response with a callback timeframe of 30 minutes.
