Job Summary

The position involves providing patient care using the nursing process and professional standards, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. The role requires coordinating care across departments, adhering to nursing practice guidelines, and aligning with organizational values and ethics. The RN is responsible for delivering compassionate, safe, and effective care within their scope of practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing the Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process
• Coordinating patient care with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and rights
• Performing duties consistent with organizational and professional standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved professional nurse program
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification
• Preferred one year of acute care nursing experience, with at least six months recent

Skills and Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs regularly
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to perform physical tasks including gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
