Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and delivering patient care while maintaining accountability and confidentiality.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
- Coordinating patient care across departments in alignment with hospital standards and values.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Preferred experience in hospital settings and additional certifications or specialty licensure.
Skills & Physical Requirements:
