Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or direction, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. The position involves coordinating care across departments and maintaining professional accountability.
Responsibilities: Float between hospital departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical, working in various facilities. Responsibilities include delivering bedside care, adhering to licensure and certification requirements, and performing physical tasks like lifting and prolonged standing.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, current LPN license, recent bedside experience (minimum one year in Med Surg, two years for other specialties), certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV, with preferred Epic experience. Must meet physical demands including lifting and standing.
Key Duties: Flexibly schedule shifts (day/night), with no weekend or holiday requirements, and participate in a program that offers variable hours based on availability. Ensures quality patient care while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
