Role: Provides patient care, supports department operations, and acts as a clinical resource. Assists in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care services. Serves as a staff nurse when needed and assumes delegated managerial duties, aligning with organizational standards.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additional department-specific certifications may be required. Requires at least 2 years of patient care experience; supervisor experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
