We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with over 1 year of clinical experience to provide patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial patient assessments and developing individualized care plans based on patient and family needs.
- Implementing nursing interventions, procedures, and modifications to care plans through continuous evaluation.
- Documenting nursing care accurately and maintaining up-to-date records for effective team communication.
- Performing wound assessments, management, and implementing appropriate wound care procedures.
- Communicating effectively with team members, providing constructive feedback, and supporting colleagues’ professional development.
- Ensuring patient and employee safety by reporting hazards and incidents.
- Operating clinical equipment safely and making product/equipment recommendations.
Qualifications include:
- Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
- Proficiency in wound care, anatomy, physiology, and clinical procedures relevant to the role.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
