Role Overview:
Provides professional nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, and certifications in BLS, ACLS (within 1 year). Minimum one year of RN experience in an acute setting preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Promotes evidence-based practice and develops individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team.
Performs comprehensive assessments, documents patient progress, and adjusts care plans accordingly.
Ensures patient safety, operates equipment, and performs bedside lab testing with quality control.
Coordinates interdisciplinary care, prioritizes tasks, and advocates for patients by collaborating with team members and physicians.
