We are seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care, incorporating organizational values and goals. Assume responsibility for patient assessments, interventions, and documentation. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience, including 1 year in PCU. Current RN license in the state of practice (compact license acceptable). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication abilities.
