Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in emergency settings, monitoring patient responses, administering medications, and performing procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of supplies, transport patients, and perform other assigned duties.
- Share on-call responsibilities with prompt response times, ensuring continuous patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures, documenting all interventions accurately.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, with graduation from an accredited school.
- Certifications as required by facility; physical ability to move and lift equipment and patients.
- Strong interpersonal, technical, cognitive, and sensory skills for effective team interaction and patient care.
- Ability to work independently or under supervision, managing multiple interactions and meeting deadlines.
