Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) responsible for delivering high-quality, rapid-response care in a busy emergency department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, triage, and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival
Administer medications and treatments following protocols
Support physicians during emergency procedures
Monitor patient safety and comfort, document assessments and interventions
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Respond to life-threatening situations per standards and protocols
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum one year recent ER experience
Valid RN license, current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
Ability to work under pressure, analyze situations quickly, and maintain professionalism
