Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) responsible for delivering rapid, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Responsibilities: Assessing and triaging patients, explaining procedures, administering treatments, preparing equipment, monitoring patient safety, documenting care, initiating patient education, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
Qualifications & Skills: One year of recent ER experience, valid RN license, current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. Preferred additional certifications like TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, and SANE. Must possess critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Duties: Respond to emergencies, prioritize care, support physicians, monitor vital signs, document in EMR, and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
