Role: An experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse responsible for providing specialized patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive ICU nursing care, including monitoring patient responses, administering medications, and coordinating with healthcare teams.
- Perform patient assessments before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and transport patients as needed.
- Share on-call duties with a quick response time.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of ICU experience preferred; graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Relevant certifications as required by facility.
- Physical ability to lift equipment (50-100 lbs), push, bend, and move patients.
- Strong interpersonal, technical, cognitive, and sensory skills for effective communication, operation of equipment, and patient care.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision under pressure.
