Provides general nursing care across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the care team.
Accountable for nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
Performs assessments (initial, ongoing, functional), diagnoses, and documents health status.
Plans nursing interventions based on diagnoses to achieve patient outcomes, and evaluates responses to care.
Participates in revising care plans and process improvement activities to enhance quality, satisfaction, and financial performance.
Supports safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
Requires an Associate’s Degree, RN license, and Basic Life Support certification.
Work shift is day, with 40 hours weekly in the Bone and Joint Ambulatory department.
