The Clinical Care Coordinator II demonstrates competency in providing age-specific patient care and assisting in managing patient care within a physician office setting under provider supervision. Requires Basic Life Support/CPR certification within 30 days of hire/transfer.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school or diploma program.
Preferred qualifications include one year of outpatient clinical experience, familiarity with electronic practice management and health record systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must hold a Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
The position is scheduled Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. All candidates must pass background screening for vulnerable populations as part of employment requirements.
