The LPN will deliver care to help patients achieve optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, monitoring and reporting changes in their condition.
Responsibilities include assigning duties, instructing, and supervising CNAs daily.
**Requirements:**
Graduation from an accredited LPN program Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state Preferred: 1 year of skilled nursing experience CPR certification upon hire and during employment
