Registered Nurse ICU Float – Live Well Homecare

This PRN Night ICU Float Nurse position is based in Milwaukee, WI, at a hospital campus.

Provide high-acuity care across four specialized ICUs, including Cardiac, Burn, MedSurg, and Neuro departments.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet complex patient needs with precision and compassion.

Respond to the dynamic needs of a tertiary care facility, offering expert nursing support for critical cases.

Monitor hemodynamic data, advocate for patient safety, and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.

Serve as a versatile clinical resource, ensuring stability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Minimum requirements include active RN licensure in Wisconsin or a multi-state license, BLS certification within 1 month, and ALS certification within 6 months.
Preferred candidates have ICU nursing experience, particularly in hemodynamics.
