This part-time Ambulatory Clinic Nurse (RN) role involves 2 days a week (20 hours) supporting patients through complex healthcare journeys in a transplant clinic.
Join a collaborative team providing patient-centered care alongside multidisciplinary providers, with training provided for those new to transplant nursing.
Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, delivering direct care, evaluating complex situations, making clinical decisions, and educating patients and families.
Must possess an RN license (multi-state or single-state), BLS certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience; preferred candidates have a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
