Full-time Registered Nurse position working 12-hour night shifts in Labor & Delivery, reporting to the Practice Coordinator.
The RN is responsible for coordinating and providing patient care using the nursing process, with scope of practice expanding based on education and experience levels (Level I-IV).
Requirements include:
- Current California RN licensure
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certification within one year
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 90 days
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a high-stress environment
Pay ranges from $46.01 to $66.73 per hour, adjustable based on experience and career level.
